Bank President/CEO Community Bank looking for a driven leader that can grow the bank. Job Description · Plans, develops, and directs financial policies and practices of bank, · To ensure that financial objectives, goals, and institutional growth are met and in accordance with policies of board of directors or corporate charter and government regulations: plans and develops investment, loan, interest, and reserve policies to ensure optimum monetary returns in accordance with availability of investment funds, government restrictions, and sound financial practices. · Coordinates communication and reporting activities between divisions, departments, and branch offices to ensure availability of data required for efficient daily operations. · Delegates to subordinate corporate officer’s authority for administering activities and operations under their control. · Reviews reports and financial statements to determine policy changes due to changes in economic conditions. · Serve as bank representative in professional, business, and community organizations to promote bank services. · Plan budget and monitor financial activities, using computer. · Serve on board of directors. Job Requirements · Minimum of 7+ years experience in banking · Minimum of 5+ years in management · Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred · Well developed analytical and problem-solving skills · Thorough knowledge of credit and credit quality · Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups in managing customer relationships · Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
